Lauryn issued a written statement to fans complete with a Nicki Minaj Quote!
Fans at Lauryn Hill's Atlanta, Georgia concert in February were disappointed when she unapologetically showed up hours late, gave an unenthusiastic performance, and whined about technical problems throughout her performance. Fans stormed out of the concert, resulting in Lauryn giving a free concert in the city and issuing a public apology stating:
"I'M HERE and excited for the opportunity to do what should have been done last time. Starting off on the wrong foot can always be easily rectified by putting another foot down, especially in a 'monster shoe' (Nicki Minaj quotable). Come again!"
