Teenage juvenile offender Nicholas Lindsey was sentenced to life in prison last year for killing a police officer.  However, the United States supreme court decided it was unconstitutional to sentence a juvenile to life in prison without parole, so they revoked the sentence and put him on a re-trial, but the result was the same a second time around.  Lindsey was sentenced for a second time to life in prison without parole because the judge feels as though he hasn't shown any signs of remorse or possibility of rehabilitation.

Lindsey laughed when he heard the sentence.
