Uncle Murda was recently called to the stand at Brooklyn Federal Court as a character witness on behalf of Ronald "Ra Diggs" Herron. Although the prosecution rested their case, the defense called the Brooklyn rapper to the stand to testify.
During questioning, Uncle Murda revealed that Ra Diggs lived a humble lifestyle and oftentimes borrowed his girlfriend's car to get to the studio. He also stated that Ra avoided bottle service when he was out at nightclubs. "The necessary thing as a rapper, you need to be in the club with a bunch of bottles so people buy in to what you sell," Uncle Murda said.
Ra Diggs is also facing a number of charges for running a drug organization out of a housing project in Brooklyn.
