Columbus Short has been wanted by the police for a month, and earlier today the former "Scandal" star was arrested by authorities in California.
According to TMZ, Short was taken into custody for failing to appear in court for a criminal domestic violence case. A judge issued a warrant for his warrant, as well as a bail of $40,000.
Short missed a second hearing earlier this week, which caused the judge to raise his bail to $500,000.
Short was also scheduled to appear at another hearing on Thursday in a separate criminal case involving a bar fight. However, the actor was not able to show up because he was locked behind bars, so the judge issued a second arrest warrant for his arrest and set bail at $250k.
