Many were left outraged after a Staten Island grand jury decided not to indict New York City police officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Eric Garner. The decision came after three months of reviewing evidence, including various videos of Garner getting choked by the officer while repeatedly telling them that he couldn't breathe.
Garner died after being put in the chokehold by Pantaleo, despite the restraining move being strictly banned by the Police Department's handbook.
