VladTV broke the news exclusively that Hot Boy Turk would be suing Cash Money for failing to pay advances, royalties and publishing for his recordings released by the label. It appears that Turk is now trying to expedite the process, as he just served Cash Money with a new legal summons in hopes of speeding up these court proceedings.
According to legal documents obtained by AllHipHop, Turk has filed paperwork against Cash Money and Money Mack Music requiring the defendants to respond to the pending lawsuit within 21 days.
"If Cash Money and Money Mack don't respond by March 11th, it will be declared a default judgement," Turk told AllHipHop, meaning that he'll likely be awarded the $1.3 million he's suing for automatically.
