Lil Wayne had the hip-hop world buzzing after finally speaking up on his beef with Young Thug when at a recent show he told the crowd to "stop listening to songs [from] n***** who pose naked on their album covers." The shot was a reference to Thugga's recently revealed "Carter 6" album cover where he's completely naked.
On Friday Young Thug took to Instagram to respond to Weezy's shot, and it seems that despite Lil Wayne's diss, he hasn't lost any respect for his idol.
"I understand that Lil Wayne is frustrated about his career, and I feel him on that, but this is my idol. I wouldn't ever in my life swap words with him or beef with him about nothin'. This is a person that I look up to. Ha ha!" said Thug in a short video.
