Hip-hop personality Charlamagne received a lot of backlash from a tweet in which he called Bruce Jenner a lesbian back when his TV special aired with Diane Sawyer. He says he just felt his "intelligence was being insulted" due to Jenner relating more to a woman and still wanting to maintain sexual relationships with them, though he isn't viewed as a lesbian. Charlamagne, who feels "people are born homosexual," has nothing against other people's sexuality, and doesn't feel it's his place to explain it.

"I can't tell a homosexual why they feel the way they feel. I just think that's ridiculous." He does, however, have quite the opinion on the cross-dressing ways of Bruce Jenner and rapper Young Thug. When Erick Sermon's comments on hip-hop accepting transgender artists were brought up, Charlamagne feels they already have been accepted. "Young Thug wears dresses, he wears leggings, he's put on nail polish -- that's cross-dressing. So technically, hip-hop kind of has already accepted the transgender, cross-dressing way of life."

He doesn't even blame Bruce Jenner for wanting to dress like a woman since he's around so many of them. "You in the house with the Kardashians/Jenners, they got some hot a** clothes -- you might want to throw some of that s*** on every now and then," Charlamagne jokingly states.

In this interview Charlamagne tha God also speaks on Antoine Dodson's decision to no longer be gay, the "Kris Jenner marketing plan" for her family whose fame he compares to the Wu-Tang Clan, and how someone from the transgender community had to explain to him what the word really means. "I'm a person who likes to have knowledge of things," says Charlamagne.
