Earlier today it was reported that the legendary Geto Boys are giving us a new album entitled "Habeas Corpus" if their fans can raise $100,000 through their Kickstarter campaign - they can even receive autographed items and a customized casket for their help. VladTV exclusively spoke to Scarface about it today (June 16), and though his fans may be going "haywire" at the thought of them reuniting, "if that ain't what the people want," then he's not budging. "If the public don't want that s*** then you can count me out - I'm like New Edition on that s***," Scarface exclaimed.
During the duration of the call Vlad looked up the stats to see how much money has been made since they began their crowd-funding campaign just two days ago. Once Scarface heard that they only received just under $2,000 in the past 48 hours, he was ready to call it quits. Vlad talked him into waiting to see how things go over the course of the next few weeks, but Scarface still finished the interview ultimately undecided.
Listen on as he talks about how although there's been tension their current tour is doing "f****** fantastic", and how Bushwick Bill and Willie D have been hogging most of the space on the bus. "I'm kinda Geto Boy fed up right now, you know - it's too much Geto Boy for Brad." Press play for more.
