Troy Ave recently came under scrutiny after reports claimed that he sold 30 physical copies of his debut album, "Major Without a Deal," in the first week. It was also reported that there were less than 5,000 copies sold overall, but the album was released on a Friday, whereas many are traditionally released on Tuesday, so the first week numbers weren't fully tallied.
Now that the final numbers are in for Troy's debut, the Brooklyn emcee took to Instagram and revealed that there were "7,708 albums sold to be exact + over 10million in streams off album singles."
He also had some words for the haters, whom he told, "I came here to be great and to Motivate the people, f**k all that bum $**T, f**k all that doubt, f**k all that hate jus go out and win in the game of Life."
