A 10-year-old girl gave birth in Brazil after complaining of stomach pains while at school. According to multiple reports the girl's mother didn't know that her young daughter was pregnant, but she did notice her grades dropping, mood swings, and anti social behavior.
The girl was seven months pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby girl, whom the girl later admitted was conceived with her 40 year old stepfather. The young mother revealed that she was afraid to come forward about the abuse after her stepfather said he would kill her mother and brother if she spoke out.
The stepfather has since moved out of the family home and has been charged with rape and illegal possession of firearms.
