Meek Mill might have bigger problems than his former friend Drake now that the WWE has stepped into the ring.
Since the release of Meek's response diss track, "Wanna Know" false reports of the World Wrestling Entertainment company began to spread, including a lawsuit about the usage of The Undertaker's theme in the first half of the track. Fans quickly pointed it out as another layer to the rapper's poorly received track.
In a statement released to Complex, the WWE stated they would look into the case. "WWE takes its intellectual property rights very seriously," the WWE statement said, "and we are looking into the matter."
The Undertaker's theme and other elements of the WWE have been a favorite in the hip hop spectrum, with Wale, Action Bronson, Method Man and others referencing wrestlers in their lyrics.
