Julius, Demetrius, Kenny, and Dice of Horseshoe Gang spoke to VladTV about their recent battle with Funk Volume, who challenged any rapper to beat them for a chance to win $500,000. They explained that it took Funk Volume a week to respond to their track, "Half A Meal," and the Long Beach-based group said they waited less than a day to get back with their responses, making them the clear winners in their eyes.
The Horseshoe Gang emcees also shared how they were related to Crooked I, along with the origin of their name, which evolved from "Untouchable Gang." They explained that they started wearing Colts hats to represent "U Gang," which spawned the Horseshoe Gang name they're known as today.
During the last part of the conversation three of the four emcees from the group spit some bars and promote their EP Knocking on Raps Door, which you can hear in the above clip.
