23 year old Joel A. Wright was arrested by federal agents for planning to have sex with infants in Tijuana Mexico. Undercover agents, posing as travel guides, confirmed that Wright had written them emails asking to purchase a female child under the age of 3 for sex. Wright was a student at Pontifical College Josephinum in Colombus, Ohio. The Roman Catholic College expelled Wright after hearing the news.
