Beyonce and her vido director, Melina Matsoukas, have been called out by the producer of a 2013 New Orleans Bounce Music documentary called The B.E.A.T., directed by Abteen Bagheri and produced by Chris Black. The documentary features Mannie Fresh, DJ Jubilee, Nicky Da B and other notable Bounce artists.
Chris Black tweeted: "New Beyonce video used hella clips from the doc I produced and directed by @abteen ...but why?!?!" Abteen also took to twitter, saying: "I'm not mad. It's the sad reality of the music business. Doesn't affect my friends' and my work, but not cool." Abteen then followed up with "Thanks for the credit @melinamatsoukas and @Beyonce".
