By the looks of it on Instagram, Waka Flocka Flame burned one too many in the nation's original recreational marijuana state, on Monday.  The Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta rapper was in Seattle, WA to perform during its annual Dope Cup festivities when his documentation of the experience showed him to have at one point receiving medical attention.  While Waka's rep later stated that he in fact wasn't hospitalized, a picture posted to his IG page does show him stretched out on a gurney before a couple of paramedics.

“Aw man. #seattle was too much last night. #nonGMO edibles and 20 or more blunts later," the photo's caption reads.  Hours later his account posted a video in which DJ Whookid, who is traveling with Waka, confesses to them having missed a flight but clarifies that he is ok.  "You survived Seattle right?" Whookid asks, before promising fans in New York that they will none-the-less make it for the city's 4/20 events on Wednesday.

Washington was the first state to actually abolish the prohibition of recreational marijuana; with the state's Initiative 502 establishing the legality of cultivation, processing and sale on December 1, 2013 (only a month before Colorado officially enacted their Amendment 64 law).  The law allows purchase to persons of 21 years of age, and permits carrying up to an ounce of "marijuana flower", 7 grams of extract for inhalation, 16 ounces of infused product in solid form, or 72 oz. in beverage form for edibles and topicals.
