Florida rapper Woop  was on the rise with a budding rap career. The artist had two tracks in particular that set him off on the path to success — “P—sy N—a” and “Go Away,” which ended up getting remixed by Migos in 2014. The rapper released two well-received mixtapes in 2013 and 2014 (Woop Nation and Woop Lingo), but his 2015 efforts have gone under the radar.

Since the change in luck, Woop has seen some bad days including an arrest for robbery in an Orange County apartment in December 2015. According to reports, when the SWAT team arrived there and searched the premises, they found 11 people which included a four-year old and two women. Along with that, the police found many guns which the police believe were tired to gang incidents around the area. Now, the rapper has been sentenced to a prison term of two years for shooting a missile at a building or vehicle.

Woop is set to be released from jail on May 10, 2018.
