The story continues to unfold surrounding Chris Brown's recent arrest earlier this week. Now, his lawyer, Mark Geragos, claims that Brown's accuser, Baylee Curran, could have ties to the singer's baby mama, Nia Guzman.
"One of the things we're investigating is that there are now reports the accuser has a relationship with the mother of his child. What's particularly disturbing to me is that this comes on the heels of a custody battle that he won — and that the lawyer in Houston who represented the mother of Royalty immediately came out and was making statements."
Carl Moore, the lawyer for Nia Guzman, made a statement to E! News where he claimed that Chris and Nia's daughter Royalty was present at the singer's house when the incident occurred. Geragos responded to the claims, saying, "That is categorically false. She was not in the house."
