The prospective Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight might finally be on its way to becoming a reality. The two have been trading insults and barbed comments for months now, and sports pundits expressed doubts that the bout would ever happen.
But in a recent interview with Sky Sports 1, Mayweather said, "Most likely the fight between me and Conor McGregor will happen." He continued, "That's the only fight that will get me back in the ring...I don't know (when it will be), I need to communicate with my team, the fight hasn't been made yet, but it is all about entertainment so hopefully we can make it happen."
