This past Sunday night, Chance the Rapper walked away with the Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance, a category for which Fat Joe was also nominated, and in an Instagram post after the ceremony, it appeared that the Terror Squad rapper wasn't taking the L graciously.
"I hear you gotta sell it to snatch the Grammy! Whats the Chance of that lol Theres always next year. Plata O Plomo season. This Friday!!!" Fat Joe wrote, quoting Chance's verse on Kanye West's, "Ultralight Beam."
But on Wednesday morning at the Breakfast Club, Fat Joe dismissed any notion that he has an issue with Chance. "We lost, so what we gonna act like, we didn't lose? I didn't throw no subliminals at Chance, I'm a fan of Chance the Rapper."
