Though there were reportedly brewing tension for a while now, according to San Francisco’s Lil Kayla, the beef kicked off when she turned down doing a song with Oakland’s Lil Kayla who is also known as “Underground Celebrity” or UC. It escalated when UC Lil Kayla dropped an inflammatory diss track on Tee Grizzly “First Day Out” instrumental called “Mini Me”, where she claims San Francisco’s Lil Kayla stole her name.
“They askin’ like I’m trippin’ like I ain’t try to be nice/Like I ain’t ask the lil thot to take the shit down twice/Aiy, respect your elders while you livin’ in them shelters,” UC Lil Kayla spits.
The next day, Oakland’s “The Real” Lil Kayla responded with a song called “Big Me”.
“Your diss made my ears bleed and while we speakin’ on it/You throwin shots but you wanted me to feature on it. That’s why she mad cuz she couldn’t get the cheat code/I ain’t squashing shit I ride it out cuz that’s the G-Code,” raps “The Real” Lil Kayla.
