A federal judge in Hawaii on Wednesday granted the state's request to block Trump's revised travel ban indefinitely.
Two weeks back, US District Court Judge Derrick Watson blocked the core tenets of Trump's revamped executive order, which would have suspended immigration into the United States of citizens from six predominantly Muslim countries.
That ruling only blocked the order temporarily. Now, it will be blocked indefinitely.
The Justice Department says it will continue to defend the order.
