In the ad, Jenner, holding a Pepsi, weaves through a group of peaceful protesters, gets to the front, and hands the soda to a police officer who takes a sip with a smile as the crowd cheers.
Twitter users responded to the ad quickly. One Tweet read, "The Kendall Jenner Pepsi fiasco is a perfect example of what happens when there's no black people in the room when decisions are being made." Another read, "I was Eric Garner knew all he needed was a Pepsi. Smh."
