Anyone interested in owning a macabre piece of Patriots memorabilia should take note: the car Aaron Hernandez was driving when he allegedly gunned down two people in a 2012 drive-by is now up for auction on eBay.
The vehicle, a silver 2006 Toyota 4Runner, is listed as having 53,000 miles on it and looks pretty clean in the listing photos aside from a busted side view mirror.
"This is the REAL DEAL!!! Aaron Hernandez's infamous silver Toyota 4-runner," begins the eBay listing. "This is the 4-runner Boston Police had been searching for in connection with a shooting outside a Boston nightclub. The vehicle was found in Hernandez, uncles garage in Bristol Rhode Island, and brought to Boston Police Departments impound yard, where it has been until last week. The Toyota is just the way it came from the impound yard, and still has the black soot on the map lights, and sunroof switch where police dusted for finger prints!!"
The seller will also include a framed jersey autographed by the late Hernandez. As of Tuesday (May 2), there are five days remaining on the auction and bids have already climbed north of $19,000.
