Big congratulations are in order for Compton spitter Kendrick Lamar, as his latest album has sold a million copies. The 29-year-old rapper's fourth studio album, DAMN., was certified platinum exactly three weeks after releasing on April 14.
Lamar's label Interscope broke the news on Twitter Thursday, writing, "DAMN. is now PLATINUM #TDE".
K. Dot's newest project had the best week in music so far this year, shifting a crazy 603,000 copies in the first week alone.
