Usher has caught another bad break, it was learned on Friday, July 21, with reports surfacing of another woman filing a lawsuit against him for exposing her to the Herpes virus.
Usher has been in the headlines since RadarOnline broke the story that another woman sued him for $1.1 million after allegedly infecting her with Herpes when they dated some years ago. According to reports, Usher is said to have contracted the STD sometime between 2009 and 2010, but never disclosed his status to the woman. She only learned that he was infected after it was transmitted to her.
The unnamed claimant of the most recent lawsuit is reportedly suing for $10 million. Jane Doe, as she is referred to in court documents, just filed the lawsuit upon reading the RadarOnline report. She says that she and Usher began getting intimate in April. Nearly two weeks after an initial encounter in which they kissed, caressed, partook in oral sex, and had protected sex in Atlanta; they met up again in New Orleans, where they engaged in intercourse without a condom.
While the claimant doesn't confirm having contracted the STD, she is charging the singer with emotional distress, negligence, and battery for not informing her that he was infected, prior to their two encounters.
