Floyd 'Money' Mayweather sat down with ESPN's Stephen A. Smith for an interview in the lead up to the August 26th bout against MMA star Conor McGregor. Smith questions Floyd on retirement, McGregor's racially insensitive comments, and his strategy for the fight. At one point, Mayweather was asked why he felt the need to alter his defensive minded strategy for this fight to which he responded, "I owe it to the public for the Pacquiao fight since they wasn't pleased with the Pacquiao fight." He assured Smith that the fans would be pleased with this match.
