A short section of the 21-minute audio Just Brittany recorded in the midst of an alleged two-hour beating at the hands of ex-lover Z-Ro, reared up on the internet on Wednesday, August 9. The snippet is filled with obscenities spewed at the self-proclaimed Queen of H-Town, and the sound of the physical commotion, as the Houston rapper badgers and apparently hits her several times.
Z-Ro has denied laying his hands on Just Brittany ever since allegations of the horrific domestic violence incident came to light after his arrest on July 26. Two days prior to him being taken into custody, Just Brittany filed a police report detailing the alleged April attack, and providing authorities with a recording that she says only captures a fraction of the length of time she was held captive and continuously assaulted following a failed date. Z-Ro would respond to reports of the drama by accusing Just Brittany of staging a publicity stunt, as she waited three months to turn to law enforcement with the charge, and did so only days before her debut on the new VH1 series, "Signed."
Last week, Just Brittany detailed the alleged incident on TMZ's "Raq Rants" in the same manner which she detailed it for police. Before taking host Raquel Harper step by step through the violent episode, Just Brittany disclosed that she had actually had a conversation with Z-Ro during which she informed him about being in possession of "an unfavorable audio of us." She was attempting to reconcile at the time but said he lashed out and threatened to deal with her "on sight," upon being made aware of the tape.
