Tyrese's ex-wife contacted the police after the singer and actor allegedly hired a plane to fly over their 10-year-old daughter's school towing a banner. Tyrese is also accused of sending various gifts to her school.

The banner reading, "No matter what, Daddy loves you Shayla" flew over the young girl's school Monday in San Fernando Valley, reports TMZ.

Tyrese's ex, Norma Gibson, believes he hired the plane to tow the banner. She filed a police report claiming he broke the temporary restraining order she currently has against him barring all contact between the entertainer and her and their daughter.

Ms. Gibson's attorney, Aleen Laura Khanjian, tells the gossip site that Tyrese also had various gifts delivered to Shayla at her elementary school including balloons, a fruit basket, teddy bear and a card. The gifts were reportedly addressed to Shayla, from Dad.

The restraining order was put in place after Tyrese's ex accused him of spanking Shayla--the Dept. of Children and Family Services is currently investigating.

Sources who know Tyrese tell TMZ that he doesn't think he violated the restraining order, as he technically didn't have any personal contact with his daughter.
