XXXTentacion and his attorney submitted a document to the court that was signed by the ex-girlfriend whom XXX allegedly beat that states she no longer wants to press charges and that she wants the case to go away. The document in and of itself won't completely absolve XXXTentacion of any wrongdoing but it does make convicting the Florida rapper much more difficult.
According to TMZ, Miami-Dade prosecutors think the document is a farce, stating that they don't believe the ex-girlfriend signed the document. They added that regardless if she signed the document or not that the prosecution will move forward.
