In the latest news revolving the most famous prostitution case of the moment, Robert Kraft has reportedly been offered a plea deal that would drop all criminal charges. With that said, if agreed upon the Patriots owner would still have to face minor consequences for soliciting sex at a day spa in Florida, in addition to the stipulation that he'd have to agree that he'd be found guilty if the case went to trial.

Furthermore, Kraft would have to perform 100 hours of community service, submit to an STD test, take a class on prostitution, and pay court fees, in a deal that also been offered to the other men that were caught in the sting.

Though at the moment it's unclear if Kraft will accept the deal, it would seem unlikely since he reportedly pleaded not guilty last month. With that said, he faces 60 days in jail and a $500 fine if found guilty when his misdemeanor case goes to trial.

A few days after being formally charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution, Robert Kraft has reportedly pled not guilty to the charges. In court documents obtained by TMZ, it states that "The defendant Robert Kraft hereby pleads not guilty to all charges and requests a non-jury trial in the above-styled cause," which follows a public statement the Patriots owner made denying any wrongdoing. 

With that said, investigators maintain that they have graphic surveillance video that shows the 77-year-old enter the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida on two separate occasions, of which he then received sexual favors in exchange for money.

If convicted on both misdemeanor counts, Kraft faces up to a year in jail in addition to penalties levied by the NFL.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was officially charged with two misdemeanor counts of first-degree solicitation on Monday (February 25). A court date was set for Kraft on April 24, and he's not required to appear in court, with his attorneys entering a plea for Kraft. 

Kraft is facing one-year in jail on the charges, along with a $5,000 fine, 100 hours of community service and attendance in a human trafficking dangers class. 

The Patriots owner was one of 25 people charged in a six-month investigation as part of a crackdown on sex trafficking in Florida. Documents revealed that he attended a massage parlor to engage in sexual acts on the morning of the AFC Championship Game, and he reportedly returned less than 24 hours later.
