It's been a busy month for the Crystal Lake Police Department in Illinois, as recently three women were arrested in a prostitution sting at multiple spas throughout the suburb of Chicago.
The undercover operations reportedly took place last week when officers posed as customers at three businesses in Crystal Lake, where during the investigation the three employees of the various spas attempted to engage in sex acts with the undercover officers in exchange for payment.
Qianyu Warren, 32, of Woodstock, Illinois was arrested at Crystal's Spa as 53-year-old Changjuan He of San Gabriel, California was arrested at JJ's Massage, joining 60-year-old Soon D. Kim of Flushing, Queens who was taken into custody at the Infinity Day Spa.
All three women were each charged with one misdemeanor count of prostitution while being cited for further violations related to business permitting and licensing, though authorities noted that there wasn't any evidence of human trafficking discovered throughout the investigation.
Meanwhile, each woman has posted their 10% bond of $1,500 and have been released from custody, as they're scheduled to appear in court again early next month.
