According to reports, YFN Lucci's attorney entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of his client on Thursday. "He also waived his formal arraignment in a gang-related racketeering case he was indicted in last month," 11Alive News reports.
The Fulton County indictment claims Lucci is associated with the Bloods in Atlanta and Miami. In addition, Lucci and several others are implicated in a range of crimes, from murder to firearm possession. Authorities have tagged Lucci, specifically, with "a felony murder count, multiple counts of aggravated assault, a violation of the Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) act, and multiple counts of violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act."
Lucci is also facing separate murder charges in connection to the shooting death of an Atlanta man back in December.
