Chicago rapper Montana of 300 took to Twitter to reveal that he's battling a bad case of pneumonia and COVID-19.

On Wednesday (December 1), he wrote, "Im fighting pneumonia and Covid rn. I can’t be a father to my kids, I can’t train my sons in the gym, I can’t attend their games and support them, I can barely walk or talk. Im fighting for my life rn, so y’all bare with me and pray for me."

Just two days prior on November 29, Montana of 300 told fans that he had pneumonia, which spreads like many "wildfires" throughout the lungs, according to researchers at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago. COVID-19 pneumonia can also last longer and cause more harm than typical pneumonia.
