After already being found guilty of running a criminal enterprise that distributed narcotics across the country, business mogul Jimmy "Henchman" Rosemond now faces even harsher charges.

He, along with five other men, were charged with conspiracy to commit murder on Friday. Rosemond is accused of ordering a hit on Lowell Fletcher who was gunned down in the Bronx back in 2009. He was reportedly killed in exchange for drugs.

It has also been reported that Henchman arranged the murder because Lowell Fletcher had previously assaulted Rosemond's son.

Two associates of Henchman were charged with the actual murder in 2011.

NYPD commissioner Raymond Kelly said "This has not been a good month for Jimmy the Henchman".
