"Empire State of Mind" collaborators Jay-Z and Alicia Keys both found themselves a spot on Vanity Fair's International Best-Dressed List for the first time, and both certainly deserve it. Jay-Z usually keeps it suave in a finely tailored suit, or keeps it casual with some expensive tees and skinny jeans. Alicia has been underrated in the style game for years, and it's encouraging to see her fashion sense pay off.
Kate Middleton stands alone at the top for the third year in a row, and it's safe to now call her a one-woman fashion dynasty. Others that made the list are Victor Cruz, Ozwald Boateng, Farida Khelfa, Ike Ude, and Fan Bingbing.
