New court documents have surfaced that show that Fantasia and her baby's daddy, Antwuan Cook, actually began their relationship while he was still married to Paula Cook. For a long time both Fantasia and Antwuan denied having ever been together prior to his divorce from Paula; however; the newly released court documents prove otherwise.
Radar Online obtained the new documents and they read as follows:
"The parties consent and agree that Plaintiff [Paula] and Defendant [Antwaun] are husband and wife having been lawfully married to each other on October 1, 2005 and separated on June 16, 2010."
Apparently his consent to the separation date from Paula being June, 2010, does in fact confirm that he and fantasia were together prior to his divorce. Fantasia was also forced to confess intimate details regarding their relationship in past court hearings, which included her discussing having an abortion around the time when she tried to commit suicide, before she becoming pregnant again and having a baby boy with Antwuan Cook last December.
Due to these new facts, Paula Cook, Antwuan's ex, has the right under North Carolina law to sue Fantasia for Alienation of Affection, being that Fantasia "alienated" Antwuan's affections away from then wife Paula.
