Producer Hit-Boy is taking major strides to really kick-start his career as a solo recording artist.  He recently signed a deal with The Blueprint Group, which is the same management who monitors artists such as Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne, among others.  They have agreed to co-manage Hit-Boy along with DJ Mormil of Fakework Management.

Hit-Boy released the following brief statement about his recent signing with The Blueprint Group:

"I believe in the precedence they have set in this industry and know they can and will take my career to the next level."

According to The Blueprint Group CEO Gee Roberson, Hit-Boy is the type of rare individual who can really shine while making the transition from being a successful producer to a successful artist.

"Very few artists have the ability to work successfully as both a producer and recording artist. Hit-Boy is one of those exceptions. Blueprint Group looks forward to working with our colleagues at Fakework to provide Hit-Boy with the tools necessary to emerge as an A level artist."
