Talib Kweli has been promoting his new album "Prisoner Of Conscious" for a while, but the great concept and wordplay will have to wait a while longer. Talib revealed to Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club that the project will be getting pushed back.

"No, "Prisoner Of Conscious" is actually going to be pushed back," said Kweli. "It was originally supposed to come out on Blacksmith/EMI/Capitol, it's no longer coming out Blacksmith/EMI/Capitol. It was my label, we have no dismantled it. I have a label called Javotti Media, which I put my last album 'Gutter Rainbows' on, so it's now coming out on Javotti/EMI/Capitol. But in order to make the transition, I pushed it back a couple of months. I'm looking at February."

Odds are it'll be worth the wait.
