It looks like Carmelo Anthony should have left his anger on the court -- the Knicks baller has been suspended for one game, without pay, for confronting Kevin Garnett outside of the Celtics bus Monday night.

As previously reported, 'Melo and Garnett got into some kind of verbal exchange during Monday night's game at Madison Square Garden, with KG allegedly telling Anthony that his wife La La "tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios." 'Melo took the unwise step of posting up outside the Celtics bus to wait for KG, and when Garnett arrived, an expletive-filled back-and-forth between the two players ensued.

A rep for the NBA released a statement, saying, "There are no circumstances in which it is acceptable to confront an opponent after a game."

Anthony will serve his suspension on January 10th when the Knicks go up against the Pacers.
