Russell Simmons and Rev Run's business partner Rasheed Young, who is the President of their children's sneaker company, is ready to begin a major lawsuit against the two hip hop moguls. Young claims that Russell and Rev were funneling millions of dollars from their "Pastry" footwear company into a company he wasn't involved in. Rasheed estimates the company has seen at least tens of millions in revenue, and he hasn't seen a dime of it.
According to TMZ, Uncle Russ and Rev have been resisting Young's demands, prompting Young to go to war in the courtroom if necessary. Neither Rev nor Russ returned phone calls.
