In a shocking story out of Russia, Lesya Toumaniantz from Saransk allowed Rouslan Toumaniantz to sign 'Ruslan' over her face in giant Gothic letters on the day they met. The couple, who are now planning to get married, met in a chat room and quickly fell "head over heels in love."

Lesya, a former art student, revealed she got the tattoo as "a symbol of our eternal devotion," adding "I'd like him to tattoo every inch of my body."  She has already taken his last name, and is currently learning to tattoo under his apprenticeship.

Rousian made headlines in 2009 after tattooing 56 stars across 18-year-old Kimberley Vlaeminckin's face, who then lied and accused him of inking her when she was asleep. Kimberley told reporters that she asked Rousian for just three stars near her eye, and when she awoke half of her face was covered.
