Tony Parker is pursuing his lawsuit against New York City nightclub WiP after he was injured there last June when a fight broke out between Chris Brown and Drake. During the ruckus, a shard of glass hit Parker in the eye, piercing his cornea.

Because of the injury, Parker filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club claiming they never should have let Brown enter, knowing his violent past.

In recently filed new legal papers, Parker cites Brown's latest altercation with Frank Ocean as proof that Brown is a volatile and unpredictable man. Parker also references Brown's 2009 brutal assault on Rihanna as further evidence of his violent nature. He believes WiP allowed Brown to enter the club in the interest of making money, despite knowing full well what kind of person he was.
