Detroit rapper and D-12 affiliate King Gordy was shot five times on Tuesday in what many are claiming was a robbery attempt. D-12 rapper Bizzare tweeted about the incident, saying "King gordy.. get well my nigga.. I'm praying for u... I'm on way back know to the d."
Gordy has been a mainstay in the Detroit rap scene, collaborating with many people, including Eminem, who was executive producer on his debut album, "The Entity." Gordy, 35, has also worked with the late rapper Proof, Obie Trice, Tech N9ne and Stic Man of Dead Prez.
