Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was indicted on Thursday for allegedly running over Usher's stepson Kyle Glover in the summer of 2012. Hubbard was indicted on charges of Homicide by Vessel, Serious Injury by Vessel, as well as Reckless Operation of a Vessel.
Tameka Raymond's son Kyle suffered fatal brain injuries after Hubbard's jet ski collided with a raft he was being pulled on. Kyle was vacationing with his father, Ryan Glover, at the time of the accident, and was rushed to the hospital, but never regained consciousness.
Hubbard is currently being held without bond, but will face a judge to see if he can post bond this weekend.
