Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are finally laying their long lasting divorce case to rest, as TMZ reports will be announced in court on Friday. Kris will reportedly not be present in court on Friday, but Kim is expected to be there.

Kris' case of Kim defrauding him for ratings on her reality show didn't seem to hold up in court, as there was no proof that Kim had ulterior motives for marrying Kris. No word on the details of the settlement, but it's pretty clear that the case will be a divorce, not the annulment Kris had hoped for.

The battle for their divorce raged on for an unbelievable 536 days, while their marriage only held up for 72 days.
