Lil Scrappy was noticeably missing from the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" premiere party in NYC, and Erica told the crowd that he was dealing with personal issues, which turned out to be a warrant for his arrest. According to TMZ, Scrappy refused to give up a urine sample in March after he allegedly submitted a sample that was cold to the touch, which cops believed was tampered with.
When officers asked for a second sample Scrappy refused the request, denied the allegations, and left the building. A warrant was issued for his arrest, claiming that he had violated his probation by refusing the sample.
Scrappy has been on probation since a 2008 arrest over marijuana possession, and Scrappy's lawyer is hoping the charges will be dropped.
"It is our hope that the Judge will recall the revocation warrant that is currently pending against Mr. Richardson. Since Mr. Richardson's release from jail, he has been reporting to probation as ordered and doing his best to comply with all conditions of probation."
