Cecilia Duncan is suing Usher, specifically because she claims she worked countless hours of overtime without payment. Duncan says she asked Usher about the overtime for over a year without a response, then he fired her last September.
Cecilia is suing for wrongful termination, failure to pay wages, and unspecified damages--likely in the six-figure range.
