Chris Bosh has been battling with his ex for custody of his daughter for quite some time, and the fight is continuing to escalate. TMZ revealed that Chris filed legal documents asking a judge to strip his ex, Allison Mathis, of primary physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter Trinity.
The Miami Heat superstar is claiming that Allison is trying to alienate him from his daughter's life by barring contact, denying travel time, and planting misinformation to their kid. Bosh is seeking sole physical custody, but will allow Allison plenty of time to see their daughter.
Allison has filed legal documents denying the claims.
