After being awarded the esteemed "Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award" at the MTV VMAs on Sunday night, Justin Timberlake made his way out to party with Jay Z and Beyonce. Joined by his wife, actress Jessica Biel, Justin arrived at The Dream Downtown's rooftop for the festivities.
